Full course description
This final asynchronous course in the Farm and Ranch Stress program furthers behavioral health professionals' understanding of the culture of agriculture and barriers to mental heath treatment in the forms of health literacy, health insurance literacy, and access to healthcare. Course participants will hear the unique perspectives of professionals in various areas of Ohio State Extension who serve rural populations throughout the state. The final module of this course also presents a panel of farmers who will share real-world experiences of what it is like to be a farmer.
To recieve a Farm Stress Certified certificate for completing all three courses in the series, you must enroll through the program link: Farm and Ranch Stress Certificate Program. Enrolling in and completing each course individally will generate certificates for individual courses, but not a Farm Stress Certified certificate. The same number of CE clock hours will be earned regardless.
If you have questions about the course, contact Bridget Britton at email@example.com.
