Building Family Strengths by Supporting Family Engagement in Today’s World

Course 2: The Role of the Teacher

We all want to be the best at what we do but early childhood professionals have a passion for their work that is unlike any other.​ This course is created to give you the opportunity to reflect on your role as an early childhood educator, examining the pedagogy that informs your work and builds family and community engagement.

This self-paced course includes the following 3 modules:

  • Module 1 - Child Development
  • Module 2 - Prepared Teachers
  • Module 3 - Building Relationships

Modules include text, image, and video content, knowledge checks, practice activities, discussions, and a quiz. You will recieve a certificate unpon successful completion of the course.
