Full course description
Pastures for Profit is now available as an online course! The Pastures for Profit program brings research-based information on a wide variety of grazing topics that is provided by experts from Ohio State University Extension, Central State University, USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service, Ohio Federation of Soil and Water Conservation Districts, Ohio Department of Agriculture, and the Ohio Forages and Grassland Council. This course features modules with three scheduled 90-minute webinars held in March and April 2022 as well as “work at your own pace” videos and exercises.
Each module will unlock one day prior to its affiliated webinar, and attendees will be able to interact with the speakers and ask questions in real time once webinars are live. Participants that attend all three webinars will have the opportunity to earn a certificate of completion.

- Economics of Grazing- Andrew Holden & Garth Ruff
- Creating and Implementing Grazing Plans- Richard Purdin & Martin Joyce
A series of additional videos that complement each webinar will be accessible to registered participants that include topics such as:
